We’re a women-only strength training studio in Scottsdale, AZ that focuses on more than just physical fitness—we’re all about building confidence and creating a sustainable, lifelong approach to health. Facility Overview

At Altered Athletics, our gym is equipped with everything you need for a powerful workout experience. We have a wide range of free weights, four squat racks, high-end machines, hip thruster bars, and cable machines. Our spacious layout ensures every member has room to move, lift, and train comfortably. The atmosphere is welcoming and empowering, designed to inspire women to feel strong and confident during every workout.
